کشتن انسان‌های بی‌گناه – با هر عقیده و باور سیاسی – مصداق جنایت و ترور است. چنین اقدامی فارغ از هویت عاملان آن و اهدافشان، عملی غیراخلاقی بوده و باید محکوم گردد.
کانون دموکراسی و توسعه آذربایجان کشتار مردم بی‌دفاع در حادثه امروز (دیماه ۱۴۰۲) کرمان را – از طرف هر دولت، سازمان و یا گروهی که صورت گرفته – محکوم کرده و مراتب همدردی و تسلیت خود را با مجروحان و خانواده‌های جانباختگان این حادثه، اعلام می‌دارد.

Condemnation of the Terror act in Kerman
The act of taking the lives of innocent individuals, regardless of their political beliefs, stands as a reprehensible manifestation of crime and terrorism. Such deeds, irrespective of the identities and motives of the perpetrators, are fundamentally unethical and merit unequivocal condemnation.
The Azerbaijan Democracy and Development Association strongly condemns the killing of defenseless individuals in the incident that occurred in Kerman on 2nd January 2024, perpetrated by any group, organization, or government. We extend our heartfelt condolences and unwavering solidarity to the survivors, the families of the victims, and those injured in this tragic event.
